138
Location: Bogota, Colombia
Typology: Multi-Family Housing + Commercial (Mixed-Use)
Scale: 60 Housing Units / 3 Live-Work Units
Rising above the urban fabric of Bogota, 138 is a study in material contrast and elevated living. The project is composed of two towers that "crawl" across the site, creating a dynamic silhouette that breaks away from traditional residential blocks. Within, the architecture offers a sense of sanctuary; the warmth of rich wood and the strength of refined concrete work in harmony to cradle the residents, providing a sophisticated backdrop to city life.
The ground level is designed for the modern rhythm of the city, featuring three flexible "live-work" units that blur the line between professional ambition and domestic comfort. With 60 luxury housing units above, the project balances the energy of Bogota’s commercial pulse with a deeply private, high-end residential experience. It is a fully realized vision of urban density, where texture and form meet to create a landmark of contemporary craft.
