Looking for the Full Service?

We build your home twice: first on the screen, then in reality. Most construction headaches come from guessing at flat blueprints, so we design everything in 3D. We create a full virtual walk-through you can explore before we ever apply for a permit, allowing you to see exactly how the light hits a room or if your furniture actually fits. We don't guess; we prove the design works before a single hammer swings.

Once the vision is set, we act as the bridge between you and the builder. We handle the city permitting process, navigate complex codes like AB 1033, and produce the detailed construction documents that serve as the instruction manual for the project. During the build, we answer the technical questions and advocate for the design to ensure the final result matches the model you fell in love with.

How to Start: Because a full build is a major partnership, we don't let anyone commit to this lightly. We always start with a validation step to ensure your project is feasible and that we are the right fit for your goals.

How it Works

Construction is chaotic. Our process is the antidote.

The Method to the Madness

1. The Reality Check

Most projects start with a napkin sketch and a dream. We love the dream, but we need to check the sketch. We take your rough ideas and run them against the harsh reality of zoning laws and physics. We tell you early if your layout works or if you are trying to fit a ballroom into a backyard. It’s better to kill a bad idea now than frame it later.

2. The Vibe Check (Virtual Walk-through)

Reading a blueprint is one thing; feeling the space is another. Even if you understand floor plans, it is nearly impossible to judge natural light, volume, and flow from a flat piece of paper. Instead of asking you to imagine it, we build a 3D digital twin. You walk through it. You check the sunlight. We make the changes here—in the software—where the delete key is free.

3. The Translation Layer

Once the design is set, we stop being just designers and start being translators. Construction is a different language. We produce the detailed "instruction manual" for the builder and handle the headache of city permits. When the contractor asks a complicated question about structural headers, we answer it so you don't have to. We make sure the house that gets built is the one you fell in love with on the screen.
