How It Works:
1. Book the Time Select a time on the calendar that works for you. You pay the $120 session fee upfront to lock in your slot. This payment reserves your dedicated hour with us. Once confirmed, you’ll get a link to upload whatever you have: photos of the backyard, the Zillow listing, or that drawing you made at 2 AM. Don't worry if it looks messy; we speak "messy."
2. The Working Session (Google Meet) We meet face-to-face on Google Meet. Since this is a focused design sprint, please find a quiet space and keep your camera on. We can’t design a home effectively without seeing your reactions, and we want to make sure you get the maximum value out of the hour.
3. The Review We pull up your files and work through the problem live. We sketch directly over your drawings to test your layout against reality. We might move a wall to find better light, or explain exactly why that bathroom placement will cost you double.
The Output: You leave the call with a marked-up sketch, immediate feedback on your ideas, and the clarity to move forward (or the wisdom to stop). No sales pressure. No obligation to hire us for the full build. Just an honest professional opinion to get you unstuck.
