Design Intensive
Walk through your home before you build it.
Most renovation regrets happen for one reason: you couldn't "feel" the space on a flat piece of paper. You approved a kitchen island that looked fine in a blueprint, only to realize it blocks the flow to the living room once the walls are framed.
By then, it costs thousands to fix.
We don't guess. We build a complete 3D reality of your project so you can see exactly what you are getting. This package gives you the certainty of a full design without the commitment of a full build contract.
How It Works:
1. Secure Your Spot You purchase the Design Intensive package ($4,000) upfront to secure your slot in our production calendar. Once booked, we send you a deep-dive questionnaire to understand your routine, your "must-haves," and the specific vibe you want to capture.
2. The Design Loop (Refinement) We take your vision and translate it into architecture. But we don't just send you a file and disappear. We work with you to refine the design, including up to four rounds of revisions as needed. We meet on Google Meet to test the layout, refine the character, and tweak the details until the design feels exactly like your home.
3. The Interactive Reality We don't just show you a video; we give you the keys. We generate a 360° interactive virtual tour—similar to the digital open houses used in high-end real estate. You get a link that lets you stand in the center of the room, look up, look down, and move through the space at your own pace. You can explore the design on your phone or laptop whenever you want.
The Output (What You Get):
360° Virtual Tour Link: An interactive link you can share with family or partners to explore the space anytime.
Schematic Design Set: These are not just rough sketches; they are the technical foundation for your project. They serve as the starting point for construction documentation. Whether you hire us for the full build or hand these off to another design professional, the work is done. No lost progress. No starting over.
Price: $4,000 (A fraction of the cost of a change order).
